These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of luxtiqueacademy.com (the "Website"), the purchase of products from our shop, and your enrolment in any course or service offered by Luxtique Nail Academy ("Luxtique", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have your parent/guardian's consent) to make a purchase or enrol in a course. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your contact details and shipping address, and for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Products, pricing & orders

• All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for representation only; actual shades may vary slightly due to screen calibration and natural light.
• An order is confirmed only after we accept it and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Stock is allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

4. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments processed through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking and supported wallets). All online payments are subject to Razorpay's terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines, return eligibility and refund processing are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Courses & academy services

• Course enrolments are subject to seat availability and confirmation by the academy.
• Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Re-scheduling within the same batch cycle may be permitted at the academy's discretion.
• Students are expected to follow the academy's code of conduct, hygiene standards and attendance requirements. Luxtique reserves the right to terminate enrolment for serious or repeated violations without refund.
• Certificates are issued only on satisfactory completion of the prescribed curriculum and assessments.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, course material, video and the "Luxtique" name — is owned by or licensed to Luxtique Nail Academy and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation or security features.
• Resell or redistribute any digital content, course material or course recording obtained from us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxtique Nail Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or any product or service purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product, course or service that gave rise to the claim.

Cosmetic products must be used strictly as directed. We are not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse outcome arising from misuse, failure to perform a patch test, or use by individuals with known sensitivities.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (such as our social handles, payment gateway or shipping partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

11. Changes to these Terms

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the Website, your order or your enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. International customers retain any non-waivable consumer protection rights afforded to them under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

13. Export controls & restricted countries

We currently fulfil and ship orders only within India. We do not knowingly accept orders for shipment to, or from cardholders located in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the European Union — including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Orders identified as originating from these regions will be cancelled and refunded in full.

14. International payments & currency conversion

All prices on the Website are charged in Indian Rupees (₹). If you pay with an internationally issued card, your card-issuing bank will convert the INR amount to your local currency at its prevailing exchange rate and may apply additional cross-border or currency-conversion fees. We do not control these rates or fees and are not liable for any difference between the indicative price displayed on the Website (when using the optional currency switcher) and the actual amount debited by your bank.

15. Cross-border dispute resolution

For international customers, claims relating to product quality, refunds or shipping should first be raised through our Contact page or by emailing business@luxtiqueacademy.com. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days. Where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to lodge a complaint with a competent authority in your country of residence, nothing in these Terms removes that right.
