Luxtique Nail Academy ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to luxtiqueacademy.com and all related services.

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, shipping & billing address, city, pincode.
• Order & transaction data: products purchased, order amount, payment method, payment reference IDs, coupon codes used.
• Account data: login email, hashed authentication tokens, wishlist, and (if provided) date of birth and gender for personalisation.
• Course enquiry data: details you submit through enrolment or contact forms, including the course of interest.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, cookies and similar identifiers.

We do not store full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All payment credentials are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Razorpay).

• To process and deliver your orders, including sending order confirmations, shipping updates and invoices.
• To respond to course enquiries, schedule visits and confirm enrolments.
• To provide customer support and handle returns or refunds.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share your information with

We share information only with trusted service providers strictly to operate our business:

• Payment processing: Razorpay (for online card / UPI / net-banking transactions).
• Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) for secure data storage.
• Logistics partners: for order fulfilment, shipping and delivery.
• Communication: email, SMS and WhatsApp providers used to send transactional updates.
• Authorities: when required by law, court order or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, analyse site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect certain features such as cart persistence.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Order and tax records are retained for at least 8 years as required under Indian tax law.
