Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love every product you buy from us. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund from Luxtique Nail Academy.
1. Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process below.
- To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 80009 95772 or via our Contact page with your order number.
- Cancellation refunds for online (prepaid) payments are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or non-serviceable pincode, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
2. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging with tags and labels intact.
- The product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
- You have a valid order number and proof of purchase.
For damaged, defective or wrong items, please share photos / a short unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Gel polishes, base coats, top coats and any nail-care liquid that has been opened or used.
- Brushes, files, buffers, cuticle tools and any consumable that has come in direct skin contact.
- Customised kits, clearance items and items marked "Final Sale".
- Free gifts and promotional items received with an order.
4. Return process
- Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp at +91 80009 95772.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and either schedule a reverse pickup or share a return-shipping address depending on your pincode.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Returns received in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you the outcome within 2–3 business days.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
- If a coupon was applied, the refund will be the actual amount paid after discount.
- Bank processing time may vary; we are not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or card issuer.
6. Pricing & transparency
- All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated.
- No hidden charges. Shipping, COD handling and any applicable discounts are itemised on the checkout page before you place your order.
- The total amount payable shown at the final step of checkout is the exact amount that will be charged to your payment method.
7. International refunds
Orders paid for using internationally issued cards are charged in INR by Razorpay. When a refund is approved, the same INR amount is returned to the original card. Any difference between the originally debited foreign-currency amount and the refunded foreign-currency amount — caused by exchange-rate movement, card-network fees or your bank's conversion policies — is the responsibility of the card issuer and not refundable by us. International refunds may take 10–14 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
8. Exchanges
We currently support exchanges only for damaged, defective or wrong items. For all other cases, please raise a return and place a fresh order for the desired product.
9. Course fees
Course enrolment fees are non-refundable once paid. Re-scheduling to a later batch within 6 months of the original start date may be permitted at the academy's discretion, subject to seat availability and a written request from you.
