Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship pan-India from our studio in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, tracking and what to do if you have a problem with your shipment.
1. Where we ship
- We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.
- International shipping is not yet enabled. We are actively preparing for export to the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore and Australia — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international orders open.
- Orders to remote locations or restricted zones may take longer or, in rare cases, be refused by the courier — in which case we will issue a full refund.
1A. International shipping (when enabled)
- International orders will be fulfilled via reputed cross-border partners (e.g. DHL, FedEx, India Post International).
- Estimated transit times: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees assessed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping charge.
- Refusal by the recipient to pay applicable duties may result in the package being abandoned or returned. In such cases, the actual outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions (see clause 13 of our Terms & Conditions).
2. Delivery timelines
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier-2, Tier-3 cities & remote pincodes: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Timelines may extend during sale periods or unforeseen events such as weather disruption, courier delays or strikes.
3. Shipping charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹79 is applied to standard orders. The exact charge for your pincode is shown on the checkout page before you place the order.
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above the threshold displayed at checkout, where applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee, which is shown transparently at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes in India for eligible order values. Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pincodes, repeat-RTO customers or high-value orders.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner. You can also check the status by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders page. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
6. Courier partners
We work with reputed logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific partner assigned to your order depends on your pincode and order weight.
7. Failed deliveries & RTO
- Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If all attempts fail or the package is refused, the order is returned to us (RTO).
- For prepaid RTO orders, we will refund the order amount minus actual to-and-fro shipping costs.
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
8. Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp at +91 80009 95772, with photos of the package and contents. We will replace, refund or resolve the issue per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
