Do I need prior experience to enroll?
No. Our Foundation and Self-Grooming tiers are designed for absolute beginners. Diploma and Master tiers are open to anyone — we re-cover fundamentals before the advanced material.In which language is training delivered?
Hindi and English, as the batch prefers. Course material, certificates and curriculum PDFs are in English. Our instructors switch fluidly so no one is left behind.Is the certificate recognised by salons and employers?
Yes. Luxtique certificates are issued by a registered professional academy (Saransh Enterprises, GSTIN 08AMUPN3224F1ZV) and are accepted by salons, studios and freelance clients across India and the UAE.Can I pay course fees in EMI?
Yes. We support card EMI through Razorpay at checkout — 3, 6, 9 and 12-month plans on most major banks. We also accept UPI, net-banking, wallets and direct bank transfer.Do you provide accommodation for outstation students?
Yes. We help arrange verified PG / hostel accommodation near the studio at student rates. Tell us your dates on enrollment and our placement team will share options.Are kits / tools included in the course fee?
It varies by course. The Professional Kit is included only where listed on the product page. For other courses we share a recommended brand list and arrange institutional pricing through our supplier partners.What happens if I miss a class?
Batches are small (4–8 students) so missed sessions are made up one-on-one within the same week at no extra cost. Tell your instructor in advance whenever possible.Will I get placement support after the course?
Yes. Graduates receive a placement letter, an introduction to our salon partner network across Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai, and lifetime access to the alumni WhatsApp group where job openings are posted.Can I switch to a higher tier after starting?
Yes. If you upgrade within the first 3 days of your course, the fee paid is fully credited toward the higher tier. After day 3 a 70% credit applies.What is your refund policy?
A full refund (minus 5% processing) is available up to 48 hours before the batch starts. Once a batch begins, fees are non-refundable but transferable to a future batch within 12 months.How do I enroll?
